India in UN: India has strongly condemned all forms of religious terrorism in the United Nations. India’s representative to the UN, Ruchira Kamboj, said, whether it is anti-Semitism, fear of Christianity or Islamophobia, India stands firmly against all. Ruchira said, anti-Hindu, Buddhist and Sikh sentiments have increased, the attacks on monasteries, temples and Gurudwaras are examples of these. Ruchira Kamboj was speaking after the passage of a resolution on measures to combat Islamophobia in the United Nations.
Actually, Pakistan in UN CAA And Ram Mandir In protest against India, a resolution was presented, in which 115 countries voted in favor of the resolution. No country opposed the resolution, while 44 countries, including India, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Ukraine and the UK, abstained from voting. After this, Indian Ambassador Ruchira Kamboj clarified the religious position of India. Kamboj said, Pakistan is misleading the members by presenting misleading facts in this General Assembly. On considering Pakistan’s proposal, Kamboj called it unfortunate.
Cases of religious violence increased
Speaking at the United Nations, Ruchira said, just as India stands against anti-Hindu, Sikh and Buddhist sentiments, India stands against all forms of religious fear. India is a country following the ideology of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’. India respects all the religions of the world and sees the world from the perspective of its family. India’s representative to the UN said, today our world is facing geopolitical tensions and uneven development, which has resulted in an alarming increase in intolerance, discrimination and violence.
Ruchira Kamboj said, India is a country that promotes pluralism. India gives equal protection to all religions and faiths and gives equal opportunities for development and propagation. Ruchira said, historically India has been taking all religions together. India has always been a country that protects people who are persecuted on religious grounds. India is known as a refuge for persecuted people.

India gives equal protection to all religions
Throwing light on ‘Equality of all religions’, Ruchira said, India has always given protection to Parsis, Buddhists, Jews and people of all religions. Kamboj said, the principle of equality for all religions is in our culture and India is a secular country. He said, this is not only in our culture, but these principles have been strongly brought in our Constitution. He strongly condemned anti-Semitism, Christianophobia and Islamophobia.
